We are conveniently located at 6450 Kingspointe Parkway, Suite 7, Orlando, FL 32819. in Southwest Orlando off of Sandlake Road between Kirman Road and John Young Parkway. This location is easily accesible from Interstate 4, Florida Turnpike, Orlando International Airport, Orange County Convention Center, International Drive, Universal Studios and other theme parks.

Showroom/warehouse visits are by Appointment. (We suggests making an appointment for your convenience in case our showroom is not open on that day due to our participation in major shows from time to time and/or otherwise. It can be as simple as calling 5 minutes before you start). Please call us at 407-370-2929 for an appointment. If this is your first time visiting us, we suggest you browse our website and take appropriate notes before coming to the showroom/warehouse. This will certainly help you save time while you shop at the showroom/warehouse. Please note that items such as rice writing supplies are not sold thru the showroom as these supplies take some item to put together.

SHOWROOM HOURS We are open Monday thru Friday 10AM thru 5PM EST. Please be prepared to be checked out by 5PM. Last appointment for the day is usually no later than 4:30PM but we do sometime make an exception to this. For any unsual showroom visit requirements please email to sales@beadwholesaler.com

Our able staff will be happy to assist you with your needs. We have many design-ideas on display which you might find inspiring. While you can see pictures of these on this website under "Idea Gallery" but seeing them in person may be a pleasing and inspiring experience.

MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS While we don't require you to have a business license to purchase from us but you must meet our minimum purchase requirement each time. Minimum purchase at the showroom is $50 every visit. Please note that we carry over 10,000 items and it should not be difficult to meet the minimum purchase requirement for serious buyers.

PAYMENT METHOD Please note that checks are not accepted. However, we do accept cash, debit cards, VISA, Mastercard, discover/Novus, American Express cards.

CHECKOUT Please make sure that you have allowed yourself sufficient time to shop (considering we have over 10.000 products) and checkout. While we do have appointments for customers to come in but we have no idea how long each customer will shop. Sometimes, it may take additional time to checkout depending upon how many people are ready to checkout at a given moment. Please keep this in mind.

GENERAL

Please note that we are a volume seller and not a retail business. Also note that only qualified buyers are allowed in the showroom/warehouse. We suggest that you don't bring children with you inside the showroom for obvious reasons if possible.

PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR OPEN BAGS AND/OR OTHER SIMILAR ITEMS IN THE SHOWROOM/WAREHOUSE. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU MAY PUT THEM IN THE SHOW ROOM LOCKERS.
