Whether creating this for yourself or for a gift, this piece will bring joy every time it is used. We have chosen this combination using the copper colored beadable pen. The pen has a screw down end cap on a metal spindle which screws into the pen end. This spindle is what all the beads are slid onto.
To start this project, unscrew the end cap and put aside. Slide each of the beads onto the spindle in the desired pattern. The pattern used in the sample is as follows... 2 X P5713GB, 1 X VBC37, 1 X LHB01-03, 1 X VBC37, 1 X P5713GB, 1 X P5710GA, 1 X P5713GB, 1 VBC37, 1 X LHB01-03, 1 X VBC37, 1 X P5713GB, 1 X P5710GA, 1 X P5713GB, 1 X VBC37, 1 X LHB01-03, 1 X VBC37, 1 X P5713GB.
Finish off the pen by screwing the end cap back into place. The spindle has a good amount of threading which allows for a little wiggle room to be able to accommodate your beads. You will want to be able to screw the end cap down tight against the beads. This is important because if the beads you are using do not fill up the full amount of space you will need to add some smaller beads to fill the gap. Keep this in mind as you create your own pattern. The pattern as shown will fill the beadable area nicely.
This is a very simple project that gives you the versatility to change out the beads and create endless looks.
